Colette was with TONI&GUY in the UK for more than 8 years before undertaking her next venture – a new life in Australia. Colette worked with TONI&GUY in Brisbane for 3 years in the roles of Artistic Director, Salon Manager and Academy Educator.

During this time Colette gained valuable experience in all aspects of hairdressing business and aim to be an inspirational mentor in hairdressing circles. In 2002 Colette started consultancy work, starting Education in Hair and contributing to Sydney and Melbourne Fashion Weeks and directing Mercedes Benz fashion start up in Brisbane. Now Colette is with Jagged Hair at Teneriffe, where while maintaining a large clientele, Colette also continues her focus on Education in Hair.

Colette's vision is to share her valuable experience with stylists who are passionate about their artistic creations and about being commercial hand-on – ultimately this could raise the hairdressing industry standard and build a sense of pride in our chosen profession.
